This proposal discusses the I-LEARN Model - Identify, Locate, Evaluate, Apply, Reflect, Know - as a framework and a useful tool for educators to enhance learners’ digital literacy skills. It also introduces the ways of applying the model in EFL/ESL classrooms to foster 21st century competencies.
