Student Performance: Background Markers Versus Student Success

Correlations between students’ biographical and educational background may affect performance in a Preparatory English Program in KSA. A background survey versus performance benchmarks will be presented, highlighting cases of student success or difficulty. Identification of at-risk students will be discussed as well as implications for English programs and curricula.
