Continuing Professional Development model for EFL Teachers

This paper presents a model of teacher needs-based professional development program (PDP). The objectives of this model are to maximize the effects of a PDP, and to help participants sustain their learning over the long term. The goals, and main activities of the present PDP were based on teachers’ perceptions.
