The paper presents a critical account of SPELT’s journey as language teacher association in Pakistan from 1984 till date. The aim is to share SPELT’s innovative strategies for teacher development and local challenges with global resonance. Finally, participants are invited to discuss ways to collaborate to address common challenges.
