The Ministry of Education of the UAE has introduced a new K-12 English curriculum. The presenters will discuss the curriculum design process, connect this process to curriculum theory and discuss the challenges of introducing a critical stance on curriculum in this context. Intended audience: Curriculum developers, materials writers and teachers.
